Guidelines of citation of the observations from Web-GIS “Faunistics”

Observations in all sections of the Web GIS “Faunistics” are copyrighted. When cited in the publications, they need to be invoked according to the rules of citing copyright data.
If quoting, you should adhere to the following format:

Surname, Initials (Name, Patronymic Name). Species (English Name and Scientific Name). – Name of chapter of the Web-GIS (Web-GIS “Faunistics”). Year. URL: _______. Date accessed: _______.

Example (one observation):

Ivanov I.I. Eagle Owl (Bubo bubo). – Raptors of the World (Web-GIS “Faunistics”). 2014. URL: http://raptors.wildlifemonitoring.ru/?lang=en#object/o_id=0005 Date accessed: 10.10.2015.

Example (few observations):

Authors and species should be are separated by commas if several observations containing information on several species by several authors are cited
