Raptor Migration Research Programme

There are four main directions in the research of bird migration and each of them provides the unique data concerning the migration ecology of birds:

1. Visual (day) and acoustic-optical (night) observations in migration ways and “bottlenecks”»

4. Satellite tracking (ARGOS) and GPS/GSM tracking

Information obtained with use of all the above methods is accumulated within the programme on the study of the migration of raptors. Everyone can participate in the programme
