Карта возвратов колец птиц в Британии и Ирландии по состоянию на конец 2013 г.Карта показывает все зарубежные возвраты птиц, окольцованных в Британии и Ирландии (фиолетовые точки), а также все точки кольцевания птиц за рубежом, возвраты от которых получены в Британии и Ирландии (оранжевые точки) по состоянию на конец 2013 г.

Ниже суммированы все возвраты соколообразных и сов окольцованных в зарубежных странах и найденных в Великобритании и Ирландии, и окольцованных в Великобритании и Ирландии и обнаруженных в других странах. На сайте BTO по каждому возврату можно посмотреть карту в Google Maps.

Очень интересно! За 60 лет только для популяций ушастой совы (Asio otus) установлена связь между Британией и Россией — два возврата британских ушастых сов из России в 1977 г. (Марийская Республика) и 1992 г. (Псковская область) и 4 возврата российских сов (все из Калининградской области) из Британии в 1960, 1979, 1983 и 1987 гг. Для всех других видов пернатых хищников связь между странами не установлена.

    Международная конференция по сохранению птиц в Венгрии

    Международная конференция по охране птиц в Венгрии

    Международная конференция по сохранению птиц, организованная Венгерской национальной сетевой компанией MAVIR , в сотрудничестве с Обществом охраны птиц Венгрии (MME/Birdlife) и Институтом Германа Отто, прошла в Венгрии 7-8 ноября 2016.

    Прослеживание балобанов, помеченных передатчиками, подтверждает, что браконьерство наносит основной урон популяциям соколов

    Из 10 балобанов (6 самок и 4 самцов), помеченных передатчиками в Алтае-Саянском регионе в 2016 г. после сезона браконьерского лова соколов продолжило миграцию лишь 4 сокола (3 самца и 1 самка).
